Cancellation & Refund Policy
Streamline Results requires a 30-day cancellation notice for all of its customers unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. In the event that a client wishes to cancel, they can do so by either email or phone. The customer must receive a response from Streamline Results in writing or by phone to confirm that the cancellation has been received.
In the event that Streamline Results is hosting the website of the cancelling client, the client has the 30 days upon cancellation to find a new host for the website, and the client is fully responsible for transferring the website to the next hosting service. Streamline Results will supply ALL information that we have in possession that pertain to the clients campaign, and will be given to the customer at the end of the 30day cancellation period, unless the client requests for it in advance.
Streamline Results has a “NO REFUND POLICY” in place for monthly marketing services. In the event that the client requests a refund, Streamline Results reserves the right to deny the refund as the client has already sign this agreement which coincides with this policy.
Streamline Results will entertain a refund for web design and development clients. In certain circumstances, the clients may move the project to another source, or the project may get cancelled all together. In these events for only “Design and Development” projects, Streamline Results will consult with the client as to how much of a refund the party is entitled to, and when both parties agree, Streamline Results will release the funds to the clients within 3-5 business days after acceptance.
